Adult Literacy and Numeracy

Picture
Congo has gone through two decades of proxy wars with estimated 7 millions of deaths and destroyed lives. Millions of kids in Congo have become adults without attending schools. Nord-Ubangi province of Congo has a school rate of only 48%! Poverty rate in this province is of 92.3% according to United Nations Development Program census.

  • Offering adult literacy and numeracy is important.
  • Providing digital literacy related to local issues to those adults will help them support their kids and families.
